This morning I received and interesting email from Sphinx Traffic owner Rosie. She said she caught a story in the headlines here in Florida in regards to ASD Cash Generator and Golden Panda Ad Builder being investigated as ponzi (scam) sites.

Rosie said this caught her attention because she lives in Florida, and she knows the state is diligent about their investigations into these kinds of schemes, partly because of the high percentage of elderly folks who live here. Many are easy targets for scams.
You may be interested in reading the civil charges pressed against the owners of ASD.
I found the comments submitted by people who read the article particularly interesting. It's a mixed review. Some praised ASD and the service they provide while others felt the company mislead customers and investors. In my opinion, I feel if the business is under investigation, it must have raised some red flags somewhere.

Ads Cash Generator and Golden Panda Builder. They are innocent until proven guilty but a SCAM is suspected! BE WARY!

What a great country-anyone can say anything online they want to. You are not entitled to your own set of facts. There are no criminal charges filed-so far there are only civil charges,so please if you are going to blog use facts when making your opinion
